Many of these products are handcrafted by American Indians. No two of these handcrafted items are exactly alike.
Some products are made from birch bark. Each piece of bark is hand peeled from the birch tree. The bark grows back in two to three years without damage to the tree. The Ojibwe people have passed on this tradition for generations.
