EXAMINATION Copy Policy

Examination copies are provided to instructors at the discretion of the Minnesota Historical Society Press When you submit the online examination copy form and remit a processing fee:

• • Books priced at $24.99 or less, submit $5.00 per book.
• • Books priced at $25.00-$34.99, submit $10.00 per book.
• • Books priced at $35.00-44.99 or more, submit $15.00 per book.
• • For books over $45.00, please call MHS Press at 651-259-3203.

** Please limit examination copy requests to two titles.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery within the U.S. and 4 to 6 weeks for international delivery. We are not able to honor any special shipping requests for examination copies.

At this time, e-books are not available for examination copy requests. We do hope to change that in the near future and will amend this page once we are able to do so.

DESK Copy Policy

Desk copies will be sent to instructors using MHS Press books as required texts with the following exceptions noted below. The desk copy request form does need to be filled out completely in order for us to process your request.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery within the U.S. and 4 to 6 weeks for international delivery. We are not able to honor any special shipping requests for examination copies.
