An unusual collection of songs and stories from the Lac qui Parle Mission, birthplace of the American Indian hymn "Many and Great, O God."

Historic recordings include:
1. "Many and Great" in Dakota and English, F. Philip Frazier and Susie Meek Frazier.
2. Duet "By the Waters of Minnetonka", F. Philip Frazier and Susie Frazier. Composer Thurlow Lieurance based the song on a melody he heard in 1911 sung by Sitting Eagle at the Crow Indian Agency in Montana.
3. "Lac qui Parle", sung in Dakota, unaccompanied, unidentified Dakota choir.
4. "Lac qui Parle" sung in Dakota with organ accompaniment.
5. Unknown woman introduces the Fraziers as missionaries for the Associated Executive Committee of Friends on Indian Affairs.
