The Senior Group Performance “Divided Highways: The Impact and Change of the Eisenhower Interstate System” was awarded first place at National History Day 2010. This project is an excellent model of how to take an energetic approach in connecting a topic to a History Day theme. The performance is a unique example of how to present a strong thesis statement and conclusion through the use of primary and secondary resources in a script. The DVD includes an interview with the students.
