Library collections include only Minnesota District (County) Court and Minnesota Supreme Court records ranging from the 1850s through the 1940s. Library staff will search for one individual per request, and will look for both first and final papers.

Please note that women were not naturalized in their own right until 1922. Prior to that year, women were considered to be naturalized if their husband received his citizenship.

Naturalization Records on microfilm are available through inter-library loan.
