Staff will search for one individual or family name in one year of a directory per request. Please keep in mind that city directories were compiled only for medium and large cities and some rural areas, not for every location in the state. It may be helpful to check our city directory holdings.

Research Prices

  • Minnesota residents: $12 per half hour
  • Non-Minnesota residents: $15 per half hour

    A minimum of 1/2 hour is charged. Please indicate the maximum amount of time we should spend on your research request. By placing this order, you authorize us to increase your order total for the amount of time we spend, up to the maximum amount you authorize.

    Members receive a 10% discount which is applied during Checkout.

    Guide to Providing Information For Your Request

  • Full Name*: Provide the individual's or family's full name.
  • City/Town*: Provide the directory city or town.
  • Year(s)*: Indicate the year(s)to be searched. We will search up to five years of directories.
  • Other Info: Other identifying information such as age, occupation, spouse's name, etc.
  • Max Time* (minutes): Indicate the total number of minutes you wish us to spend on your research request.
