If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days and we will gladly replace the damaged and/or incorrect item(s) as soon as possible. We cannot refund shipping charges for returned items.

Photographs and Commercial Use Fees

Commercial use fees for photographs or other items purchased on the Visual Resources Database (Photo and Art Database) are not refundable. If you are unsure about whether you will be using certain images commercially, select the Commercial on Spec option in Step 1 of the use agreement form.

Library Classes - Cancellations or Missed Classes

If an individual cancels at least three (3) business days before a class begins, class fees will be refunded in full. The full class fee remains due for a class canceled three (3) or fewer business days in advance. If a class must be canceled, please call 651-259-3300 to speak with a customer service representative.

Full class fees are due for any missed class.

Lecture Series Box Office Policies

Tickets ordered less than 7 days prior to the lecture will be held at the door once payment has been confirmed. The box office will open one our before the lecture.

All other tickets and confirmation will be mailed once registration is processed and payment is confirmed.

No refunds will be given for any tickets already purchased.
