Edwin H. Lundie: Five Decades, A Journey of Art & Architecture
This beautiful, new, lavishly illustrated hardbound fine-press book explores the path Edwin Lundie took on his journey as an architect in Minnesota. It offers a chronological perspective with personal insight into how he found his niche in the world of architecture. Beginning with his first significant design, in 1915, to his final commission, completed in 1972, this book is a stunning visual presentation of his work that allows the architect to tell his own story.
Author Peter J. O'Toole researched and presents here hundreds of renderings, working drawings, scrapbooks, diaries and interior and exterior photographs, many from the Lundie architectural archives at the University of Minnesota.
