Museum Stores Return Policy
If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days and we will gladly replace the damaged and/or incorrect item(s) as soon as possible. We cannot refund shipping charges for returned items.
Library and Collections Images and Commercial Use Fees
Products purchased on Collections Online, including image use fees, are not refundable.
Library Classes - Cancellations or Missed Classes
If an individual cancels at least three (3) business days before a class begins, class fees will be refunded in full. The full class fee remains due for a class canceled three (3) or fewer business days in advance. If a class must be canceled, please call 651-259-3300 to speak with a customer service representative.
Full class fees are due for any missed class.
Legacy Writing Conference
We regret that we are not able to offer refunds. All sales are final.
Preservation Conference
- Refunds will be given for fees paid less a $35 processing fee when a request is made in writing to mnshpo@mnhs.org four or more weeks prior to the conference. No refunds will be given if the request is made within four weeks of the conference.
- In lieu of a refund, the registration may be transferred to a colleague. Please contact mnshpo@mnhs.org to request the transfer.
