About this experience

Join other Northern Lights teachers across the state for direct, ongoing support in implementing the Northern Lights Third Edition curriculum. At each synchronous virtual meeting, teachers will debrief how implementation of the previous unit went in their classrooms and get support and advice from others. Then, MNHS staff  will provide insights and support on the curriculum materials for the upcoming unit.

• Unit 3: History and Public Memory Tuesday, Dec. 1 3:30-4:30 pm


• Unit 4: Opportunities and Obstacles Monday, Jan. 18 (MLK Day) 1-2pm


• Unit 5: Choices in Uncertain Times Monday, Feb. 15 (President’s Day) 1-2pm


• Unit 6: Taking Community Action Wednesday, March 31 3:30-4:30pm


• Final Meeting Tuesday, May 18 3:30-4:30 pm
