Official MN Government Request - State Archives Records

This form is for Minnesota government/court staff to use when requesting records from the Minnesota State Archives (i.e. naturalization documents, court records, etc.).

When placing this order, please use your State of Minnesota email address as the contact email, and enter code OFFICIALGOVT on the checkout screen where it says Discount code or gift card (this will clear out the amount owed).

Generally, the requested documents will be sent via email within one week of the order being placed--in some circumstances it may take a little longer.
