About This Research Service
Recipes will be delivered via email as a PDF scan of an original recipe from a cookbook in the MNHS collections. Also included will be the cover/title page of the cookbook, for your reference. Finally, some directions for recipes have changed over the course of time with the advancement of technology. To assist you with your baking, we will include a Vintage Cookies Tips and Tricks Guide that translates indistinct directions into more measurable directions.
